Job Summary

Required Skills

Education

Relevant University Degree (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) or equivalent qualification, Certified License Manager (or willingness to obtain certification quickly)

Experience

  • At least 6 years of relevant professional experience combined with a relevant university degree, OR at least 4 years of relevant professional experience combined with a relevant scientific university degree
  • Professional experience in Cloud/IT Service Management
  • Experience in public procurement and contract procedures (especially for IT services)
  • Experience with databases or license management tools (advantageous)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Zoom, or other Cloud suites in a university environment (advantageous)
  • Experience in Service Management or Project Management methods (advantageous)
