Job Summary

This role is for a proactive Project Planner or Electrical Engineer specializing in Medium Voltage systems, focusing on driving the energy transition through e-mobility infrastructure. The professional will manage the entire lifecycle of medium-voltage projects, from the initial sales handover through technical design, component specification, and final commissioning. Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating transformer substations (Trafostationen), ensuring compliance with all relevant German and European norms (VDE, DIN), and meeting the technical connection requirements (TAB) of various grid operators. The ideal candidate must possess multi-year professional experience in medium voltage, excellent knowledge of regulatory standards, and strong coordination skills to liaise effectively with grid operators, authorities, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician (Elektroniker) or comparable qualification. Ideally, further qualification as a Master Electrician (Meister) or Technician (Techniker) in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Multi-year professional experience in medium voltage, transformer substations, or grid connection projects
  • Professional experience in managing the complete lifecycle of medium voltage projects (from offer to commissioning)
  • Practical experience applying norms, guidelines, and technical connection requirements of grid operators
  • Practical experience with relevant VDE standards (e.g., 0101, 0105, VDE-AR-N 4110)
