Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced (Senior) AI Consultant to drive digitalization projects, primarily within the Public and Health sectors across Germany. The consultant will be instrumental in identifying AI potential, developing conceptual input-output models, and designing impactful solutions—whether ML-based, GenAI, or rule-based systems—focused on automating administrative processes and contributing to the state's future viability. Day-to-day tasks involve advising clients on AI use cases, analyzing data landscapes, and hands-on support for solution implementation within multidisciplinary teams (including Project Managers, Developers, and DevOps specialists). The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Generative AI, coupled with technical knowledge of AI platform architectures, cloud infrastructure, and MLOps. Success requires the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders, ensuring continuous knowledge transfer within the team.
