As a (Senior) Technical Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of digital IT services for public sector clients. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience if applying with a vocational qualification
  • Proven experience in analyzing and resolving complex technical errors in IT landscapes
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro
  • Experience in coordinating technical requirements between clients and development teams
