Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced (Senior) AI Consultant to drive digital transformation projects within the Public and Health sectors in Germany. The consultant will be instrumental in advising clients on the potential of AI, developing conceptual Input-Output models to solve complex problems, and designing beneficial solutions, whether ML-based, GenAI, or rule-based systems. A core focus is on automating administrative processes and contributing to the future viability of the state. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing data landscapes, defining AI platform architectures (Cloud vs. On-premise), and hands-on support in implementing solutions within multidisciplinary teams (including Project Managers, Developers, and DevOps specialists). The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of Data Science, Machine Learning, Generative AI, RAG pipelines, and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. This position offers the chance to work flexibly across Germany on high-impact societal projects.
