Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced (Senior) AI Consultant to drive digitalization projects, primarily within the Public and Health Sectors in Germany. The consultant will be responsible for advising clients on AI potential, analyzing data landscapes, and conceptually developing input-output models to solve complex problems. A core focus is designing beneficial solutions—whether ML-based, GenAI systems, or rule-based—to automate administrative processes and contribute to the future viability of the state. Day-to-day tasks include hands-on implementation support within multidisciplinary teams (with developers and DevOps specialists), assessing necessary components, and actively contributing to internal knowledge transfer. The ideal candidate possesses deep professional experience in Data Science (ML or Generative AI), strategic knowledge of AI platform architectures (Cloud vs. On-premise), and excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical matters to non-technical audiences.
