Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the stable operation and continuous development of mission-critical applications within the public sector, contributing significantly to Germany's digital transformation. As an IT Specialist in Application Management, you will support and maintain applications on Windows and/or Linux servers, adhering strictly to agreed-upon SLAs. Daily tasks include analyzing technical requirements, troubleshooting system disruptions, developing sustainable solutions, and systematically documenting processes. A key focus is the automation of operational tasks using scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash. The ideal candidate brings experience managing applications in a project environment, familiarity with various databases, web servers, and load balancers, and possesses strong German language skills for effective stakeholder communication.
