Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive administration and maintenance of telecommunication systems for the City of Karlsruhe and Stadtwerke Karlsruhe, specifically focusing on the OS4K environment, including OSCC call center solutions. The IT Specialist will manage and support TK servers and applications, and crucially, lead projects for introducing new telecommunication solutions, such as softphones. Day-to-day tasks include error analysis, troubleshooting, creating system documentation, and providing end-user training. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in IT or telecommunications, proven professional experience in administering TK systems and softphone solutions (e.g., XPhone), and knowledge of IT security, TKG, and GDPR.
