Job Summary
As a Telecommunications System Administrator at Stadtwerke Karlsruhe Kommunale Dienste GmbH, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of telecommunications systems within the OS4K environment, including OSCC call center solutions. A major part of this role involves leading projects for the implementation of new solutions, specifically focusing on softphone technology like XPhone. You will handle the full lifecycle of these systems, from coordinating with service providers and customers to conducting end-user training and performing troubleshooting. Required Skills
