Job Summary

This permanent, full-time position as a Civil Engineer focused on Infrastructure within the Mobility & Environment department of the city of Crailsheim involves comprehensive project management for municipal road and civil engineering projects. Key responsibilities include planning, tendering, and overseeing local construction management for both new builds and renovations. The role requires meticulous cost control and controlling of internal construction measures, alongside acting as the client (Bauherr) when collaborating with external engineering offices. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating all internal and external project stakeholders. Candidates must hold a Dipl.-Ing. (FH) or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable field. While experience is valued, the position is also suitable for career changers from structural or general engineering, provided they possess strong conceptual thinking, organizational skills, negotiation ability, and teamwork. Desirable knowledge includes VOB, HOAI, and experience with AVA software.
