Job Summary

This leadership role involves the comprehensive management and strategic direction of the CITO Platform department within one of Europe's largest banking IT service providers. The CITO platform is a proprietary, low-code Business Process Engine used to rapidly conceptualize and configure banking processes for the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe's strategic frontends. Day-to-day responsibilities include the professional and disciplinary leadership of the team, overseeing operational goals, driving employee development, and aligning the department's strategy with overall business objectives. The successful candidate will also be responsible for advancing the CITO platform's solution portfolio and managing major upcoming projects, such as transitioning to a new configuration environment. This position requires deep expertise in Business Process Engines, strong stakeholder management skills, and a background in Business Informatics or a comparable field, offering significant strategic impact within a digital banking environment.
