Job Summary

As a Time Management Administration Specialist, you will join one of Europe's largest banking IT service providers to manage time-tracking operations for a defined group of employees. Your daily responsibilities include maintaining absence records—specifically illness notifications via the electronic certificate of incapacity for work (eAU) process—and providing expert advice to both employees and managers regarding time management, overtime planning, and special work arrangements such as on-call duties. You will also be responsible for generating statistical evaluations and participating in HR-specific projects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong SAP PT skills who enjoys navigating collective bargaining agreements and operational regulations. Required Skills

Education

Completed commercial vocational training (Kaufmännische Ausbildung) or a comparable professional qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in time management administration and payroll-related processes
  • Experience in interpreting and implementing collective bargaining agreements and company regulations
  • Proven experience using SAP PT and GFOS software
  • Experience in consulting employees and management on working hour policies
  • Project experience within a Human Resources environment is desirable
