Job Summary

This role is for a Design Quality Assurance Engineer to join the Quality Assurance team at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, focusing on ensuring the conformity of the design process with applicable regulations for new product development and design changes. Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the quality representative in R&D projects, reviewing and approving design documentation, developing and executing validation plans and protocols, and maintaining risk management files. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in chemistry, life sciences, engineering, or quality management, coupled with at least two years of relevant professional or research experience. Fluency in English is mandatory, with German being a beneficial addition. This position, located near Munich, is initially offered as a one-year fixed-term contract with potential for extension or permanent transition, offering a chance to build a world-class quality organization within the life sciences sector.
