Job Summary

This critical, full-time, permanent role involves leading the Technical and Testing Section within the Berlin Police's Central Service Directorate, Technology and Logistics Department. The primary mission is to ensure the future viability of the Berlin Police's equipment, focusing specifically on Command and Operational Resources (FEM) and uniforms/clothing. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the section and providing essential conceptual groundwork to guarantee that all equipment is modern and aligns with current technical standards. The ideal candidate holds a degree in engineering or technical sciences (such as Mechanical Engineering, Materials Technology, or Material Sciences) and possesses proficiency in IT standard software and internet usage.
