IT Service Technician | IT-Servicetechniker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity to join a leading, independent IT service provider specializing in infrastructure services and solutions for large enterprises and the public sector. As an IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for a variety of hands-on technical tasks, including performing software installations, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing support tickets. Key duties also involve physical installation and setup of IT equipment, upgrading and customizing hardware according to instructions, and working with fiber optic cabling (patching, supporting network device swaps, and WLAN-AP). Candidates should possess strong client environment knowledge, particularly with Windows 10/11 and Office 2019, and familiarity with ticketing systems. The position requires a completed relevant training or at least one year of practical IT experience, excellent German, and good English skills.
