Job Summary

As a Junior IT Media Technician, you will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of audiovisual and conferencing technology within a large-scale corporate environment. Your primary duties include providing 1st and 2nd level support for meeting and video conference rooms, ensuring seamless user experiences. You will take a lead role in managing live events using Google Meet Livestream and handle the physical setup, dismantling, and repair of media equipment. Beyond event support, you will manage IP telephony components in the data center, oversee hardware installation in training rooms, and maintain inventory for spare parts. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys a mix of technical troubleshooting and hands-on hardware management. Working for a leading international IT service provider, you will benefit from a structured environment using professional tools like ServiceNow (SNOW) for ticket processing, offering a great entry point into enterprise IT infrastructure services.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in a relevant IT or technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience

Completed vocational training or at least one year of practical experience in an IT environment within the last three years
Experience in using ticket systems or comparable documentation workflows
Basic knowledge of networking and experience in solving simple network problems
Professional experience in the independent installation, repair, and upgrading of hardware and software
