Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated Onsite IT Technician looking to join a team supporting client workstations for a major automotive and commercial vehicle manufacturer in Wolfsburg. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing comprehensive user support at a dedicated Service Point, performing on-site troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, installing operating systems and various applications, and meticulously documenting all technical procedures. This position is part of a Managed Services team focused on industrial clients, offering a stable, full-time employment opportunity with the possibility of permanent takeover. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or similar) and proven experience in diagnosing and resolving technical disturbances.
