Job Summary

This role involves creating comprehensive rough and detailed schedules for complex civil and road construction projects during both the bidding and execution phases. The Scheduling Planner acts as the primary contact for updating and managing schedules throughout the execution phase, focusing on identifying potential risks and opportunities for optimizing construction timelines. Key responsibilities include supporting the creation of site reports, performing required target-actual comparisons, and assisting with supplementary claim processing and documentation of schedule changes. Successful candidates must hold a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, possess several years of experience in construction scheduling or control—ideally within road and civil engineering—and demonstrate proficiency with scheduling software like Asta Powerproject, MS Project, or TILOS. This position requires an analytical and structured approach, high self-initiative, reliability, and willingness to travel to construction sites and meetings.
