Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing complex road and civil engineering projects, focusing on new construction, modification, or expansion of roads, paths, external facilities, air traffic areas, developments, canals, landfills, and rivers. A key focus is contributing to the energy transition by realizing significant energy infrastructure projects in Germany. The Project Manager will be responsible for the preparation, execution, and successful completion of construction projects, ensuring performance, cost, and schedule adherence. This includes leading and coordinating project staff, advising clients on technical matters, and ensuring site safety and regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates possess a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification, proven experience in a comparable management or site supervision role, strong leadership skills, and entrepreneurial thinking.
