Job Summary

This role involves leading complex construction projects focused on the electrical supply of buildings during transformation, renovation, and new construction phases. The Building Electrical Systems Planner will manage project teams, act as the client representative towards authorities and external contractors, and ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and local laws. Key responsibilities include supporting Facilities Management and building technology operators, serving as the primary interface between various internal departments (IT, HR, Safety, Fire Protection) and external service providers, and preparing interdisciplinary communication materials for top management decisions. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent training, coupled with substantial experience in industrial plant and building planning project execution, and strong knowledge of relevant construction standards (HOAI, VOB, DIN, VDE).
