Job Summary
This role involves the crucial integration of both hardware and software components within advanced medical imaging systems, working for a major client like Siemens. The System Integration Engineer will be responsible for executing rigorous system integration tests according to established protocols, supporting defect analysis, and evaluating log files. A key part of the job is testing new features from the perspective of the end-user/operator and managing tasks and defects using tools like Azure DevOps. This position requires a background in Electrical Engineering, Medical Technology, or Computer Science, coupled with professional experience in system integration, preferably within imaging systems. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical safety standards (including EMC regulations) and be adept at analyzing complex technical issues within a total system context, ensuring seamless functionality across all integrated components.
