Job Summary

This role involves acting as an IT Administrator and technical support specialist within the THWS Business School's Media Lab in Würzburg. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the IT infrastructure, including procurement, installation, and service of hardware and software, as well as license documentation. A core function is providing First- and Second-Level support to faculty, staff, and students for technical and software-related issues. The position also requires active participation in digitalization projects, implementation of modern communication technology (like Smartboards and mobile devices), and managing the lending of IT/media equipment.
