Job Summary

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Electronics Technician or Electrician specializing in Control Panel Construction to secure a permanent, full-time position in Dresden. Your primary responsibilities will involve the precise manufacturing of products according to individual customer specifications, exclusively performed on-site. Day-to-day tasks include meticulously reading and interpreting technical documentation, such as wiring diagrams, assembly plans, and schematics, and collaborating closely with project managers and various internal teams. The ideal candidate holds a relevant vocational qualification and preferably possesses professional experience in control cabinet production. You must demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills, along with mandatory German language proficiency at B2 level and basic IT program knowledge. The position offers regulated daytime working hours (Monday to Friday), above-tariff compensation starting at €18.00 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package including up to 30 days of annual leave and a potential sign-on bonus.
