Job Summary

This role involves acting as a primary customer contact, managing all customer inquiries promptly and ensuring customer-centric communication from initial query to final resolution. Key responsibilities include supporting private and commercial customers with all aspects of feed-in systems, from initial contact through to billing, and serving as the contact point for already connected systems. The successful candidate will utilize IT systems like SAP and MS Office to record, maintain, and process customer data and documents, independently resolving complex cases and handling complaints confidently. Required Skills

Education

Technical or commercial vocational training, ideally with additional qualifications

Experience

  • Professional experience in customer support and inquiry processing
  • Knowledge of the energy industry, particularly processes for establishing low-voltage feed-in connections (preferred)
  • Experience in independent processing of complex cases and complaints

Languages

German (Fluent)
