Job Summary

This permanent part-time role requires a dedicated professional to manage critical compliance and internal accounting functions. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing detailed invoice checks against legal regulations, verifying credit limits and identification numbers in cooperation with external service providers, and preparing necessary documentation for VAT audits conducted by the tax authorities. The specialist will also be responsible for creating and monitoring internal statistics for tax consultants and submitting statutory statistical reports to relevant authorities by mandated deadlines. Furthermore, the position involves supporting colleagues with the organization and cost-technical processing of business travel, including the creation of travel expense reports and verification of credit card statements. The successful candidate must have completed vocational training as a Tax Specialist and possess strong professional experience, along with proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Office tools.
