Job Summary

This full-time, permanent Accounting Specialist role involves taking responsibility for critical accounting areas within a highly motivated team. Day-to-day tasks include managing invoice controls against legal regulations, conducting credit limit and identification number checks in cooperation with external service providers, and preparing documentation for VAT audits by the tax authorities. The specialist will also be responsible for creating and monitoring internal statistics for tax consultants, handling statistical reports to governmental agencies, and managing colleague travel expense reports, credit card statements, and travel organization/advice. The ideal candidate must have completed training as a Tax Specialist and possess professional experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in both German and English, along with good knowledge of accounting, ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics), and MS Office tools.
