Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Security Support Specialist responsible for the operational management and maintenance of critical network security infrastructure, specifically focusing on Firewall and Proxy systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include administering Checkpoint, Fortinet, and Tufin firewall environments, handling daily ticket processing, and managing Incidents, Changes, and Problems using an ITSM tool. The specialist will work within defined service times and, following onboarding, participate in a rotating weekly on-call duty (Rufbereitschaft). Candidates should possess an IT degree, relevant professional experience, and practical knowledge of the mentioned firewall technologies.
