Job Summary

This senior role involves leading complex, large-scale construction and energy projects, specifically focusing on EPC converter stations and consortium projects. The Senior Site Manager acts as the primary interface to the client, handling all contractual matters, authority relationships, and on-site change processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing workforce management, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets, and maintaining full responsibility for quality, documentation, testing, and customer acceptance. The manager is also crucial in promoting a strong Health, Safety & Environment culture across the site. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, coupled with 6+ years of specialized Site Management experience in large industrial or energy construction. Success in this position requires strong commercial and contractual acumen, certified HSE knowledge, and fluency in both German and English, offering an excellent opportunity to drive decisive, high-impact operations within a rapidly growing industry.
