Job Summary

This role involves working as a Civil Engineer focused on road construction projects within the regional business division of Goslar, Germany. Key responsibilities include managing awarded construction contracts, including complex projects, processing supplementary and additional offers, and overseeing warranty claims for both construction and engineering/supply contracts. The engineer will also be responsible for preparing tender documents for earthwork and road construction, conducting local surveys, evaluating road structural data, and drafting agreements, cost-sharing calculations, and cost settlements. This position requires a highly motivated individual with a degree in Civil Engineering, strong knowledge of German contracting laws (HOAI, VOB, VgV, UVgO), and proficiency in relevant technical applications like iTWO. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills, and be able to handle tasks with initiative and stress tolerance, ensuring the successful execution of public infrastructure projects.
