Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing electrical projects for residential and commercial properties within the Rhein-Neckar region, focusing on intelligent electrical and building technology solutions including heat pumps, photovoltaics, and e-mobility. The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial customer consultation and concept development to final planning, calculation, and execution coordination with the chief electrician. Key responsibilities include conducting purchasing negotiations with suppliers, ensuring strict adherence to cost and schedule targets, and mentoring team members for professional growth. The ideal candidate must possess a Master Electrician qualification or equivalent experience in project execution, strong negotiation skills, cost awareness, and proficiency in standard MS Office applications, ensuring autonomous, results-oriented project delivery within a dynamic and future-oriented industry.
