Job Summary

This role is critical for maintaining the uninterrupted power supply and infrastructure backbone of a cutting-edge, sustainable data center in Germany. The Electrical Technician will be responsible for the comprehensive maintenance, inspection, and testing of the entire energy supply system. Key daily tasks include managing complex UPS systems and battery banks, conducting regular test runs of diesel emergency power systems (NEA) and their control technology, and performing detailed fault diagnostics on switchgear and main distributors. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification in electrical engineering or electromechanics and ideally possesses an additional certification as a Qualified Electrician. Success in this role requires absolute reliability, structured documentation skills, and the ability to perform switching operations in both medium and low voltage ranges, ensuring maximum IT availability through meticulous analysis and adherence to high safety standards. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, or comparable qualification. Certification as a Qualified Electrician (Elektrofachkraft) or Qualified Electrician for specified activities is desirable.
