Job Summary

The Sparkasse Essen is seeking an experienced Building Services Engineer to join their Construction Department. This role is crucial for managing, monitoring, and maintaining the climate, heating, and sanitary systems across the bank's facilities, particularly during conversion and renovation projects. Day-to-day tasks include comprehensive management (planning, tendering, and acceptance) of HVAC and sanitary installations, overseeing control systems, and managing external service providers via the Building Management System (BMS). A significant focus of the position is the development and maintenance of the Energy Management System (EMS) according to DIN ISO 50001, including internal audits and energy monitoring.
