Job Summary

As a Building Services Engineer within the Construction Department at Sparkasse Essen, you will take on a holistic management role focusing on HVAC and sanitary systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities include the planning, tendering, and acceptance of works for building renovations, as well as the continuous monitoring and control of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. A significant portion of the role involves managing building automation systems and maintaining an energy management system in accordance with DIN ISO 50001, including internal audits and energy monitoring.
