Job Summary

The Munich Quantum Valley (MQV) gGmbH is seeking an Infrastructure Manager to design, maintain, and expand the critical laboratory and cleanroom infrastructure necessary for developing and operating quantum computers based on superconducting qubits and neutral atoms. This role involves comprehensive planning and technical implementation of current and future facilities, including monitoring operational status, troubleshooting issues, and managing vendor relationships. The manager will develop infrastructure plans for the MQV, coordinate planning and funding applications at state, federal, and EU levels, and evaluate potential locations for a future technology center. Key qualifications include professional experience with research infrastructure, ideally involving cryogenic systems, optical setups, and cleanroom nanofabrication, coupled with strong organizational and communication skills, and fluency in both German and English. This is a unique opportunity to shape the quantum computing landscape within one of Europe's leading centers for quantum technologies.
