Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Metrology Technician or Calibrator to join a global market leader in the aviation supply industry. The core responsibilities involve the precise calibration of measuring instruments across various physical parameters, including adjustment and minor repairs. The technician will independently schedule calibration assignments, coordinate with clients, and manage the creation and archiving of calibration protocols and certificates. This position requires maintaining and servicing calibration equipment and facilities, working both in the internal calibration laboratory and at on-site production facilities, and occasionally traveling to external company locations. Ideal candidates possess a background as an Industrial Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, or Electrical Engineer, coupled with excellent knowledge of measurement and testing technology, basic SAP, and strong German and English language skills. The role requires willingness to work in a 3-shift system and travel internationally.
