Job Summary

The Deutsche Bahn Engineering & Consulting GmbH is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their team in Augsburg or Munich as a (Junior) Construction Supervisor specializing in Signaling (LST) and Electrical Systems (50Hz or Overhead Lines). In this critical role, you will ensure the contract-compliant realization of complex infrastructure projects, managing timely completion in close collaboration with planning teams, project management, and external contractors. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating construction operations, ensuring safe and smooth railway operations during execution, and documenting project progress. You will also oversee costs, schedules, and quality, approve invoices, and manage technical support for system acceptance and commissioning. This position requires a relevant engineering degree, initial practical experience in construction management or infrastructure realization, and a willingness to complete a two-year qualification program to become a certified Railway Construction Supervisor.
