Job Summary

This critical role involves the independent and high-quality supervision of construction projects within the DB InfraGO AG, specifically focusing on telecommunications infrastructure in Ludwigsburg. The Construction Supervisor is responsible for coordinating internal and external service providers to ensure timely project completion and adherence to contractual scopes of work. Key daily activities include creating and coordinating operational safety applications (Betra/Change requests) with relevant departments, and rigorously monitoring compliance with legal accident prevention regulations, fire protection, and Deutsche Bahn's safety standards. The role also requires coordinating TK construction measures with other DB services and participating in site meetings. Candidates must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications Technology and be prepared to complete the specialized training to become a certified Railway Construction Supervisor and a qualified Telecommunications Electrician. Success requires strong analytical skills, high problem-solving competence, and a customer-service-oriented approach.
