Job Summary

This role is a crucial Project Assistant position focusing on the administrative and commercial support for medium and low voltage projects. The successful candidate will manage commercial processes, including placing orders, generating quotes, handling re-invoicing, and controlling deadlines. A significant part of the role involves coordinating communication between technicians, procurement, accounting, and external contractors, as well as liaising with authorities and private owners regarding permits and certifications. The position requires experience in clerical work and process support, strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and basic knowledge of service provider management.
