As a Development Engineer for Test Systems, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development, commissioning, and maintenance of complex testing facilities and systems. Your daily activities will involve programming software solutions using NI LabVIEW, defining test procedures, and translating system functionalities into concrete technical requirements. You will act as a central technical point of contact, collaborating closely with engineering departments and coordinating with external suppliers to ensure high-quality testing outcomes. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or a comparable qualification; NI LabVIEW Developer certification is preferred.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the development and commissioning of complex test systems
  • Extensive experience with mechanical, optical, and electronic measurement and testing procedures
  • Solid professional experience in NI LabVIEW programming
  • Experience in development with NI TestStand is preferred
  • Experience in handling IT systems and network environments
  • Experience in coordinating with external suppliers and cross-functional engineering teams
