Job Summary

This role seeks an engaged IT professional, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a Communications Electronics Technician, to act as the crucial link between the IT department and specialized business units. The core responsibility is ensuring the smooth operation of the company's system and application landscape. Day-to-day tasks involve comprehensive system and network administration, including managing Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, MDM, and Windows server systems, as well as planning and administering network structures for approximately 100 employees. Furthermore, the role involves supporting the implementation and ongoing development of a new ERP system, providing 2nd-level application support, and optimizing business processes through technical customization. The ideal candidate must possess an IT vocational qualification, strong knowledge of system and network administration, and good verbal and written proficiency in both German and English.
