Job Summary
As an IT Systems Administrator and Application Support Specialist, you will serve as the vital link between the IT department and various business units, ensuring the seamless operation of the company's system and application landscape. Your daily responsibilities will involve managing Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Windows Server environments for approximately 100 employees, alongside overseeing network structures and Active Directory. A significant portion of the role focuses on application management, specifically supporting the implementation and continuous development of a new ERP system and maintaining interfaces like SQL and APIs. You will also manage virtual environments using VMware or Hyper-V and provide hardware/software support for roughly 300 IP devices. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed vocational training in an IT profession, such as IT Specialist for System Integration or Communication Electronics Technician.
Experience

- Experience in business process analysis and technical application optimization (customizing)
