Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Biological Technical Assistant (BTA) or Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA) to support clinical research within the chemical industry in Mannheim. The professional will serve as Trial Support, assisting the Clinical Trial Associate and/or Contracting Teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing study documents for ethics and regulatory submissions, continuous management and archiving of study documentation, and general administration. A core part of the role involves contracting administration, including tracking, shipping, quality control, and archiving of study contracts across various indications. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant technical degree (BTA/CTA), initial administrative or commercial experience, proficiency in MS Office, and strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
