Job Summary

As an Electrical Engineer specializing in test development for thyssenkrupp in Bremen, you will be responsible for the independent implementation of electrotechnical developments within testing technology. Your daily routine involves analyzing product and component requirements to derive specific testing specifications, such as communication interfaces and safety functions. You will develop and refine test software while selecting electronic components to adapt assemblies to in-house testing systems. The role requires conducting design analyses to ensure technical feasibility, quality, and performance of both hardware and software. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Information Technology, or a completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering with further qualification as a State-Certified Technician.

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrical engineering, communications engineering, or information technology
  • Experience in the development of test software, ideally for electronic assemblies or systems
  • Initial experience controlling measuring devices and test benches via standard interfaces
  • Several years of professional experience required if applying with a Technician qualification instead of a degree
  • Experience in adapting test adapters for signal transmission is preferred
