Job Summary

This role seeks a detail-oriented Scientific Associate to manage NBE (New Biological Entity) samples within the pharmaceutical sector in Ludwigshafen. Day-to-day responsibilities involve centralized sample reception, ensuring GMP-compliant documentation, and executing shipping activities for biological materials, including creating necessary documentation and classification requests. A critical component is coordinating the sample flow for stability studies and process analytical orders, requiring strong interaction with local and global cross-functional teams and external service providers. The ideal candidate holds a degree in a natural science discipline such as Physics, Biotechnology, Material Sciences, or Process Engineering, and demonstrates proficiency with MS Office tools. Success in this permanent, full-time position requires excellent planning, coordination, and teamwork skills, coupled with good communication abilities in both German and English.
