Job Summary

This role involves designing and implementing digital scanning and workflow processes within the context of public administration digitalization projects. The Consultant will be responsible for analyzing current and target processes and implementing them using the Tungsten TotalAgility process platform. Key duties include working in interdisciplinary project teams, providing Second-Level Support, and advising clients on the efficient use of the process platform. Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or equivalent, coupled with relevant professional experience in technical process implementation, automation, or process management.
