Job Summary

This senior leadership role involves taking overall responsibility for the strategically vital Eyewear / Head category within a leading international safety equipment manufacturer. The Director will oversee all functional areas, including Product Group Management, Production, Product Development, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, and Purchasing, ensuring efficient and goal-oriented coordination. A key focus is driving the industrialization of technical innovations, aligning the product portfolio with market demands, and achieving technological, qualitative, and economic targets. The ideal candidate must possess a strong technical background (Engineering or Industrial Engineering) with deep expertise in plastics technology and injection molding processes, coupled with significant operational leadership experience (minimum 8 years) in the plastics processing industry. This role requires balancing strategic thinking with daily operational management, fostering team development, implementing Lean Production methods, and maintaining high quality standards (ISO compliance).
