Candidates must possess a strong background in electrical engineering, evidenced by qualifications such as a B.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent technical certification (e.g., Master Electrician), coupled with practical experience applying medium and low voltage connection rules (VDE-AR-N 4105/4110).
