Job Summary

This crucial role involves supporting the Head of the Finance Department, focusing heavily on municipal financial management and administrative oversight. The Deputy Head will play a key role in core financial processes, including assisting with the preparation and execution of the annual budget, contributing to the creation of year-end financial statements, and managing liquidity planning. Responsibilities also include representing the department head in various committees, processing financial grants, and overseeing the administrative e-invoicing workflow. Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Arts in Public Management or an equivalent finance qualification, coupled with relevant experience in local government finance, strong SAP knowledge, and demonstrated leadership and social competence.
