Job Summary

This role is ideal for a service-oriented IT professional looking to provide essential First-Level Support and actively contribute to infrastructure development. Day-to-day responsibilities involve serving as the primary contact for trainees, teachers, and staff regarding IT system usage, managing user accounts, permissions, and overseeing Surface tablets utilized by trainees. A significant part of the job involves supporting the introduction of a new training and further education system and helping to shape the organization's updated IT infrastructure. Key qualifications include a completed education as an IT Specialist or equivalent, coupled with practical experience in the Microsoft ecosystem, specifically Office, Teams, Azure, and Intune. Candidates must also demonstrate proficiency in server administration, software distribution, network management, and SQL database administration, bringing a strong service and customer focus to their work.
