Job Summary

This critical role as a High Voltage Grid Operations Supervisor involves ensuring the operational readiness, expansion, and modernization of Berlin's extensive 36,000 km power grid. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing high-voltage switching operations, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations (Arbeitssicherheits- und Unfallverhütungsvorschriften), and managing plant responsibility within substations. Key daily tasks include supervising installation activities, leading fault clearance and maintenance measures, and coordinating personnel and material resources. Applicants must possess a Technician or Master Craftsman qualification in Electrical Engineering, coupled with deep expertise in the operation and maintenance of high-voltage substations.
